What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Are your prices in U.S. dollars?
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada. Prices of certain items are subject to change without notice.
How do international prices work?
International pricing will be at the current conversion rate. All conversion fees incurred will be charged to the customer.
Do you charge sales tax?
Our store is located in Delaware; therefore, we do not charge sales tax.
The Dressing Room respects your privacy and does not share your information with third parties. All information is used to provide you with the best customer service possible.

How do I know what size to order?
What colors can I choose from?
The available colors for each product are listed on the product pages. If you have questions as to specific colors, please see the color charts below.
Are the dance shoes you carry unisex?
Yes. Most of the shoes are designed for women and unless noted otherwise, fitting instructions are based on women’s sizing. Many of our shoes can be worn by men also, but unless men’s sizing instructions are specifically stated, men should go up 2-2.5 sizes from the suggested fit.
Is everything online also in stores or vice versa?
No, unfortunately it is not. In-store inventory is prone to change; however, we are happy to expedite an order for you.
What is your shipping policy?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee for all shipments in the U.S. UPS international shipping rates will apply.
What happens if I don’t receive my order but tracking shows delivery?
If you do not receive your order, but the tracking number shows delivery by the carrier, we advise you to contact your local Post Office, mail carrier, or local delivery services office and work with them to locate the missing package. We will assist you in locating the missing package, but ultimately the delivery carrier is responsible for lost or stolen packages. We suggest that you pay extra for delivery confirmation to ensure that your packages have tracking and that they are delivered in a timely manner.
What is your return policy?
Items for return must be received within 30 days of the shipment date for exchange or refund. Please contact Customer Service (link) for a Return Authorization number before shipping your return. Returns may be made in person at our retail location; however, a refund will be issued as store credit only. With regards to an exchange, simply bring in the product to the store and the staff will assist you in exchanging your product. You may also mail your exchange to our location and we will send you the new item. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
• Must be in new condition in original packaging with original tags still attached.
• Must be sent with freight/postage prepaid.
• Must have a Return Authorization number assigned by us.
• Must have a copy of the receipt.
• Shoes must be returned by inserting the original shoe box and or bag in a mailing container – this will protect the original box or bag.
• All shoe returns will be accepted at the discretion of The Dancers Dressing Room. Shoes must be new, unworn, with no visible damage, scuff marks, or alterations of any kind.
Sales of all tights, undergarments, CD’s, DVD’s, Special orders, and Clearance items are final and not returnable. Any orders that are returned after the 30-day period or without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender. Credit will not be issued.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly suggest, but do not require, insuring your shipment or that you ship via a carrier with tracking capability.
